Resell Rights, Master Resell Rights, Private Label Rights.

  • Resell rights (RR) products are products that you buy and can then resell yourself, without paying a royalty or a commission to anyone, however the customer does not have the right to resell the product. Because we are dealing with a digital product, if for example you buy something for $39, and you resell it for $39 or more and you will have made your money back in the first sale. What is really great is that if you can sell as many as you want and not have to spend any more money for the privilege to do so.
  • Master Resell Rights (MMR) products are similar in nature to the resell rights products, but these generally come with the ability to resell not only the products, but the right to resell the product so the customer can sell on the product also. These usually cost more than the resell rights products, but again because they are digital products, you can sell them again and again for additional profits.
  • Private Label Rights (PLR) products are products that can come with resell and master resell rights. They are generally accompanied by the source code to the product (i.e. the word file, graphics) which gives you the ability to change the product, put your/brand name to it, and sell it as your own. Depending on the rights that come with the product, you may even resell the private label rights to the new product that you create.
  • It is recommended that you do not put your name on the product itself, because when you are writing original product and putting your name on it, you always want your customers to know that your products are yours, so not to dilute the value of product that you are producing. You do not want to have your name on something that might pop up somewhere else with someone else’s name on it, and be essentially the same product. That is the big danger with private label rights products. You want your readers to know that if a book or an article has your name on it; it means that you have written it. If you create a product from a private label rights product, generally you should put a company name on it, and sell it through another web site, so that it does not affect the value of your own brand.Reseller Brainstorm
